About Our Founder, KeAndrea Anderson

Combining a B.A. in Psychology with advanced coursework in Forensic Psychology, KeAndrea Anderson brings a deep understanding of human behavior to her work. She is also a serial entrepreneur and community leader with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in the healthcare sector. Her work is defined by a singular commitment: ensuring the safety, well-being, and dignity of the populations she serves, most notably, senior citizens.

As the Founder of Compass Rose, KeAndrea brings a unique perspective to the industry, grounded in two decades of direct patient care and advocacy. She previously built and scaled a successful LA Department of Health licensed and monitored healthcare agency by designing systems that prioritized patient clarity, and she established Tangipahoa Parish’s first mobile phlebotomy and DNA testing lab. Her ability to merge clinical precision with public service also led her to serve as the inaugural contractor for the Parish Government’s No Refusal Law Program, where she created systems blending accountability with community trust. Afterwards, she established a LA Depart of Health licensed and monitored Case Management agency where she served as CEO & Lead Case Manager.

KeAndrea’s passion for protecting vulnerable populations extends beyond business into active community leadership. She currently serves as Secretary and Digital Media Specialist for the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff-led Triad SALT (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together) program. In this capacity and through board positions with various service-driven organizations, she champions initiatives specifically geared toward the safety, education, and protection of seniors.

Her philosophy is fueled by an academic background in Psychology and English, giving her the tools to understand human behavior and the command of language necessary to translate complex updates into plain, human-centered communication. At Compass Rose, KeAndrea leverages this deep experience to ensure that communication is not just accurate, but respectful, accessible, and trusted by the families and residents she serves.
