Thank you for helping us connect with seniors in our community! We are accepting nominations for individuals who might be spending this Valentine's Day alone. Selected seniors will receive a safe, contactless delivery of a flower and a card to remind them that they are seen and valued.

Before You Begin: Please review the eligibility and safety requirements. To be eligible for a visit, the nominee must:

• ✅ Be 65 years of age or older.

• ✅ Currently live alone in a private residence.

• ✅ Reside within a 25-mile radius of 70403

• ✅ Reside in a location that is accessible and safe for our volunteers.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited supplies and delivery capacity, we cannot guarantee a visit for every nomination. Selections are made based on route logistics and availability. We will confirm via email if your nominee has been selected for the Valentine's Day schedule.

⚠️ Safety Policy: To ensure the well-being of our delivery team, we will not be able to deliver to locations deemed unsafe or where animals (dogs, etc.) are roaming freely in the yard. If a driver arrives and feels unsafe, the delivery may be cancelled.

Please Note: Due to delivery capacity, we can only accept one nomination per person. All nominations must be received by February 9, 2026.
